突破重点难点疑点决胜专四专八考试

到场的同学并不很多，有即将奔赴考场的大二同学，也有为明年准备专八的大三学生，难能可贵的是，人群中不乏大一的身影。诚然，他们都是期望在英语学习中有所提高。 首先。新东方在线给大家讲解了突破专四听力重难点的方法。他对历年来专四的题型和考生常见失分疑点做了详细具体的介绍。 部分，Full Dictation。他总结了4项答题的步骤： 1st step  题目、高频词、难词准备。审题是解题的首要且关键步骤，赵老师提到这几年的专四听力中也不乏出现which ......NOT correct? 或类似incorrect 等要求判断的题目，虽然简单，也不难理解，可每年都有人在真真假假前面犯迷糊。在高频词中，他强调了这是专四考试的重点所在，包括单词中的误听，生词的应对，拼写问题，时态中容易遗漏的-ed等。“restaurant你就能增加完全写对吗？Conscious你能一听就能完整的写下来吗？听到specialized你能做到没有丢掉那个弱读的ed 吗？”赵建昆老师通过专四考试原题给大家分析了听力中的易错点。 2nd 、3rd step  分段式&缩写式。即在听力4次前一两次捕捉听写中关键词汇并记录的方法，将一个较长的句子根据结构断开即为分段式，而在次锁定词汇中可以通过首字母缩写的方式对整个句子进行把握提高了答好听力的很有效的方法。 4th step  断句和检查。“如何摸清听写时朗读者停顿前后的句子关系是一个很纠结的问题......”赵建昆老师把重音放在了“纠结”上，并纠结的皱眉，让大家产生了强烈的共鸣，而这种共鸣也只能用只可意会不可言传的“纠结”二字表达。的确，and but 这些连接词看似无关痛痒，但天知道他们是不是大写——纠结。 第二部分，Conversations & Passage 。这一部分赵老师谈到这并不是难点，但要注意专四常考的在转折连词、情态动词、序数词等上的理解与应变。同时他提到了做这个板块题目的基本原则：视听基本一致原则、重点词汇专点原则。 第三部分，News 。“这是听力中难的地方。”赵建昆老师说道，“我们需要把握以下三点：首句考点，即首句中通常存在考点，这是个容易忽视的地方；数据考点，通常是简单的四则运算；时事词汇，这就需要大家积累。”接着，他归纳了几个2008到2009年度的高频新闻词汇，例如Financial tsunami / G20 / TANTED MILK/Gulf of Aden . 但他让大家猜一个单词TARO ASO，但当他告诉我们那是日本现任首相麻生太郎时，在座的爆出如梦初醒的喟叹声。 此外，赵老师还简要介绍了专八听力给人带来的在他的话中所谓“绝崩”的感觉，再次强调了专八考试题目的难度，而“绝崩”也即绝望加崩溃。 然后，谦称自己在新东方可谓其貌不扬的唐静老师给大家主要讲解专八中翻译的技巧与方法。从专八题型中唐老师分析道，100分的试题占20分大头的翻译往往左右着考试成绩的优劣，进而引出专八中翻译的重要性： 1 听说读写译考察的全面； 2 作为主观题，它需要强大的基本功，也包括汉语运用能力； 3 分值大，全国平均分数低。 唐静老师纠正了在认识专八翻译上普遍存在的谬论，提出笔译和口译都难，同理，英译汉和汉译英都难。另外，他在汉译英上给大家举了一个例子，“无边落木萧萧下，不尽长江滚滚来。”译文，堪称对仗工整，精美绝伦——“Boundless leaves falling down and down, endless Rivers rolling on and on.” 后，唐老师为大家解密了专八翻译的突破方法——做翻译，而非“看”翻译，即不查词典，不看答案，动手写汉字，单词。他不断强调动手写，做翻译的重要性，看来这是提高翻译能力的良方。 思维慎密谈吐优雅的赵建昆老师和激情四溢的唐静老师给在场同学们带来了精彩纷呈的专四助威讲座，为大家提供了许多应试技巧和英语学习方法，希望新东方的们经常到国关来传道授业，指点迷津。让更多的国关同学体会到身处国关的优越性，学到更多的更有用的知识，提高个人素质和文化修养。 如果有任何英语方面的问题请咨询,新东方在线：<a href="http://wanbang.soxsok.com/" target="_blank">http://wanbang.soxsok.com/</a>
