新东方在线给大家整理了口译笔译考试之：各种颜色的翻译方法，下面是内容，希望能帮助到大家。 英语和汉语中都有用实物名词来表示颜色的现象。这都是人们长期利用实物来描述颜色所遗留下来的产物。用实物来表达颜色的词有两种情况，一是专用实物表达颜色。如“茶色”、“玫瑰色”等;另一种是实物词加颜色词。其表达方式有： 1.单用式 比如：While laughing, she revealed the red and ivory of her mouth.(她笑时露出了红唇白齿)。 2.实物颜色词加颜色词式 如：snow-white (雪白)，emerald-green(翠绿)等。 3.实物颜色词加“色”式 如：honey-colored/hued/tinted(蜜色)，buff-colored(米色)等。 4.短语式 如：the color of pig’s liver(猪肝色)，the color of cow‘s milk(牛乳色)等。 5.作定语式 如：her rosy cheeks(她那红润的脸)，the golden sun(金色的太阳)，raven hair(漆黑的头发)等等。 翻译方法有： 1.直译 对于英汉两种语言中都使用的实物颜色词，可以采取对等直译的方式。例如： But one afternoon I was walking across the yard and stopped to pick up an acorn---one acorn, nut brown, glossy, cool to touch; … 下午，我在院里散步，无意中停下来，拾起一颗橡子——那是一颗栗色的、光滑的，摸起来感觉很凉的橡子。 2. 借译 当一种语言中某种实物代表某种颜色，而另一种语言则没有用这种实物代表这种颜色的习惯，可以从译语中找出与原实物颜色相对应或相近的另一种实物来表达这种颜色。如：raven hair 乌黑的头发/漆黑的头发 ;pitch black/jet-black 漆黑; ivory-colored / cream-colored 米色; opal-colored 乳白色 3. 意译 对于那些在一种语言中常用，而在另一种语言中不常用或不使用的实物颜色词在译语里面又找不到可以借用表达这种颜色的实物颜色词，好采取意译即使用基本颜色词的方法。如：…small features, very fair; flaxen ringlets, or rather golden, hanging loosely on her delicate neck… 细巧的脸蛋，白皙的皮肤，淡黄色的卷发——也许不如说是金黄色来得恰当——松松地批垂在她那细嫩的脖子上… 又如：mulberry 深紫红色 lobster 鲜红色 cherry lips 鲜红的嘴唇 rosy cheeks 红润的面颊 如果有任何英语方面的问题请咨询,新东方在线：<a href="http://wanbang.soxsok.com/" target="_blank">http://wanbang.soxsok.com/</a>
