托福备考计划：不打无准备之仗

托福备考是一场持久战，要想在托福考试中取得理想成绩，我们需要提前做好充分且合理的备考计划与攻略，切不可打无准备之战，我们需要了解托福考试的考察要求、备考重难点、备考资料等，然后就是按照定好的计划严格训练。新东方在线给大家整理了托福备考计划：不打无准备之仗。 托福备考计划一：了解托福考试要求。 一定要看ETS 的托福指南(OG)，通过这本书，你可以知道托福都要考什么，题型都有哪些，是如何考的。在开始备考之前，一定要把这一点弄清楚。明白了 ETS 对你的要求，你才知道更好地给自己制定托福分数目标。 准备资料：托福指南(OG) 托福备考计划二：记单词，掌握语法知识 记托福单词必不可少。针对大部分同学，备考托福考试一般提-4个月。首先，你需要一本托福词汇书，背哪一本托福词汇书不是重点所在，记忆单词时，充分利用碎片化时间(每20-30分钟为一个记忆单元)，可采用高频率重复的方法，同时辅以词根词缀法帮助记忆。同学们要注意一点：一旦开始背诵单词，务必要做到音、形、义三者的紧密联系，只有视觉词汇的认知是不足够的，还要有发音的听觉刺激才行，这样才能避免在练习听力时无法对实际上已经熟知的单词有效地辨音，导致部分同学会再一次花费大量时间去专门记忆单词发音。 准备资料： 《词以类记》 《真题Official专业词汇》 《托福核心词汇21天突破》 《绿宝书(托福词根词缀+联想记忆法)》等 托福备考计划三：重点击破托福各个单项 托福阅读备考建议： 提高阅读理解能力，包括基本的词汇识别及使用能力、句子理解能力、梳理逻辑关系的能力。为了提高这些能力，需要针对不同的能力切片进行有针对性的训练，通过背单词解决词汇识别和理解能力，通过句子分析训练提高句子理解能力，有了词汇理解和句子理解能力为基础，在此基础上，通过文章阅读笔记、逻辑训练提高阅读关系把握、文章结构获取等能力。 平时要多阅读课外读物，原版杂志。比如，地理，自然，今日美国等一些闻名的原版杂志，不仅可以扩充我们的背景知识，同时也可以补充我们在词汇量上的不足。阅读的同时，还应该归纳和整理阅读材料中的生词和长句，进行分析和记忆。 准备资料： 《阅读技巧+解析》 《阅读经典加试》 《刘文勇黄金阅读》 《阅读120》 《21本全年英文外刊》 托福听力备考建议： 为了训练听音辨音能力、音义匹配能力以及听能逻辑这些能力，我们需要针对不同的能力切片进行有针对性的训练，如，为了能听清听力内容(听音辨音能力)，需要训练识别基本发音、辨识音变现象、辨识重音和节奏的能力，可以对英语中经常出现的发音音变现象进行语音识别训练、对常考单词进行重音标记等练习解决这个问题;为了能够听懂听力内容(音和义匹配能力)，需要进行不同单位下的音义匹配训练，如常考单词听译、句子听译等练习。 准备资料： 《红蓝DELTA》 《巴郎听力》 《新托福听力120+sss》 《听力场景词》 托福口语备考建议： 关于托福口语如何备考? 1、多练口语真题。大量地做真题和模拟题，可以从题目中摸清出题人的思路，把握做题规律，没有一定量真题经验的累积，其它要诀都是虚招。 2、舍长句，取短句。美国人说话讲究简洁明快，ETS基于实际应用的角度，更加注重语言的人性化，所以口语表达上应该多用简单句短句，少用复合句长句。当然，中间适当点缀一两句烂熟于胸的经典俚语，效果自然事半功倍。 3、放慢语速，增加口语表达流畅。中等偏慢的语速是增加停顿次数减少的一个办法，放慢的语速可以让你边说边想。 4、跟读练音不能含糊，一定要开口说。熟练掌握“美音”在口语这种主观题考试里是会有便宜可占的。解决办法就是精听和跟读。在精听的过程中，要学会找出“听力词汇”，就是外国人常连读的那些词和常用的一些连词，将它们烂熟于胸，据为己有。然后进行跟读训练，将自己的声音录下来与原声对比，然后再反复纠正、模仿。 5、倒金字塔结构。把重点摆前头，再进一步修饰。首先要面对问题给出直截了当的答案，再围绕核心答案阐述解释。 准备资料： 《纯正美音发音模仿》 《新托福口语120》 《托福口语特训》 《口语高频真题加模仿》 托福写作备考建议： 我们需要有一定的素材积累，能够结合特定话题确定表达主题和观点，积累能够支持观点的有效例证;要能够组织全篇文章结构并使用有条理的方式表达段落信息;能够利用事实性和分析性论据展开论述;能够规范使用语法、词汇以及常用表达方式。为了训练这些能力，我们需要针对不同的能力切片进行有针对性的训练，如，想要熟练使用合适的表达方式，可以通过对地道句型和表达进行模仿造句的训练;想要面对话题有内容可写，可以以结组的形式，通过头脑风暴式的训练，对特定话题进行内容素材的积累。 准备资料： 《写作真题题目》 《托福写作书PDF版》 《写作视频》 托福备考计划四：多做模拟练习题，多总结纠正问题。 真题Official少不了，在做题时不要误入盲目刷题的困境，要学会对自己做题出现的错误进行总结，并记在错题本上，以便自己不会再犯相同的错误。比如一篇真题Official阅读做完之后，可以从段开始，逐句分析，找出影响自己理解的非专业性词汇和需要反复回读的难句，进行整理，在题目考查的地方，如果有理解性的题目错了，就把相关区间内，每句话讲述的事情之间的关系记录笔记，写出来进行分析，思考自己究竟是哪里出了问题，是没有读清题干，还是没有识别迷惑选项。这些总结思考对于自己托福是有很大帮助的。 如果有任何英语方面的问题请咨询,新东方在线：<a href="http://wanbang.soxsok.com/" target="_blank">http://wanbang.soxsok.com/</a>
